Awakening Through Sound

Awakening,
most simply put, is to
come to see, without doubt, our
True, Eternal Nature.

This insight, available to everyone at any time,
has the power to end the sense of separation, and so,
transform the sense of fundamental discontent to a pervasive okay-ness.
This shift in identity, from taking ourselves to be a separate, limited person, to
resting as ineffable Being, usually comes through a series of relaxations.
The particular sonic experience available from the crystal and metal
singing bowls, gong, and vocal transmissions, holds the power
to dissolve this sense of separation and bring
the deep relaxation necessary to
knowingly recognize our
True Nature.
